On the 17th of December 1967, the Australian Prime Minister, Harold Holt, dove into the waters of the Pacific ocean.

 

He was never seen again.

Late in his life, Charles the VI of France periodically suffered from a delusion that he was made of glass and that if anyone touched him he would shatter. He most likely suffered from Bipolar Disorder.
