Question about free feats for PrC

I've just noticed noticed all PrCs get Lightsabre Focus for free. My Consular/Jedi Master also got Regenerate FP for free at level 1 of PrC. So, my question is, what would have happened if I had selected one of those feats before? Would I have got anything instead?

No. You get a metaphorical hot poker up the blurter. :)
