i'm on the lightside and i just got done with saving Iziz from the General and was back on to the Ebon Hawk. Then I decided to talk to my companions before I went to Dantooine. so i talked to Atton and now he knows force and I decided to talk to the handmaiden to see if she could learn as well and the last cut scenes showed Kreia saying, "So it has begun" and the last thing she said was, "Betrayal". Now I'm stuck on Telos Hidden Base and i can't go back on the Ebon Hawk. How do I open the door to the meditation room? PLEASE HELP ME!!!!

That's a classic glitch, you're not even supposed to be able to return to Atris's academy until the end, and the meditation room door is already open then. You're pretty much stuck my friend. As far as I know you're going to have to reload. Sorry.

or you could enable the console (google it) and use the warp command. I used KSE to find the map names. 'warp per101' or 'warp har212' are two examples.
