My computer use, repair, and intelligence are all quite high, but I don't get the question, "T3, why are you here?"

 

Anyone else seen this as a bug... whatsoever?

Have you "fixed" T3-M4 at least once? Do you have an intelligence of 15?

 

No problems here in getting this convo option...
