No. Duergar are, as a whole, are hated as ever. The clan in question, however, had previously had made problems with the Tribes who consist of 'Those Who Shall Not Be Named' so were all too happy to help there. May 26, 200520 yr Author You can name your clan anything you want... Clan names are just usually the dwarven version of 'extended families' in most cases. ie. I am 'Mortho Gyrulo of Clan Kyio'. or I am Zigi Juy of Clan Juy'. P.S. May 26, 200520 yr Author Yes, more or less. There's the usual racial tension, and outlook that most rcaes have; but it's not so bad. Halflings and gnomes for the most part are the same as usual with some noteable differences... Ahh.. that reminds of somehting else, i can include. An overview of how the different races are, and how they react. remember, however, that gnomes and halflings are very young races. As in, newcomers within the last 10,000 years (yeah, doens't seem young; but in the grand scheme of things; they are young)... This is why they don't have any rcaial dieties of their own - yet... As for the pity thing, they were 'taken in' like that; but they have proven themselves worthy of being equals in the Dwarven Church Hierachy for the most part. that said, the High Priest of every temple that has a alrge of number dwarves is a dwarf no matter what. Only in areas where gnomes or halflings domianted 9which is almost nonexistent) is where you *might* find a gnome or halfling High Priest. this pretty much goes for any of the churches that accept them except the Goddess of Love, the one of Adventurers, or the Nature God...
