I did not see any threads asking about this (I apologize if there are).

 

I was curious, are there any plans at Lucasarts/film to create novelizations for either of the KOTORS?

I don't think so, as there are too many different paths one can take when playing both games.

 

However Dark Horse Comics is running a comic series about the terentatek hunt as a sort of "prequel" to KOTOR, about three young Jedi who die on the quest to kill all terentatek.
