Hellblazer Trade Paperbacks

Child of Flame

I'm looking for a site with a decent assortment of Hellblazer TPBs at reasonable prices, namely #1 & #2. I found #1 on Amazon, and I seem to have found #2 on Amazon's UK site, but it was over 40 pounds new. Is #2 in short supply and therefore hard to find? Or am I merely looking in the wrong places because when I search with Google, it doesn't always give sequential numbers, just the title of the TPB. I know deganawida is a Hellblazer fan, and I'm sure there's others on this board. Any help given would be appreciated.

Depending on your geographic location.

This site may be of use. Works for US/CAN residents.

These guys "Mile High Comics" have a huge selection and and ship all over the place.

http://www.milehighcomics.com/

Great for collectors as they have many first editions and back-issues of rare and old comic books.

One thing, their prices are usually beat by Amazon.

Also their orders may take longer depending on area/location.

If there's no local comic retailer/bookshop. Your best bet is Amazon.com.

Usually Amazon.co.uk has a better selection available.

Another thing is that TPBs prices have risen a bit lately. Especially the more popular

titles like "HELLBLAZER" and "PREACHER".

That said, prices do vary, and 2nd hand books are usually in pretty good condition.

Or if you are just interested in catching the story.

Remember that Amazon is mostly just a sales-channel for other stores.

Therefore if a title is listed as out-of-print, it can change anytime as other retailers

list copies or reprints become available. This has added benefit of sales/specials as retailers compete for price.

Sometimes its worth it to check back now and again.

Sorry for the long post. Felt that I didn't want to do half-a-job of it.

Also excuse any typos. A Bit late ... or early depending on timeframe viewpoint.

Finally, If you like "HELLBLAZER", maybe you'll find "PREACHER" interesting.

Thanks, that explains the issue number gaps, appreciate it. I'll probably order Original Sins, Rare Cuts, and Dangerous Habits via Amazon, as they're all there. Cut my teeth so to speak. Then if I like them, look for more. Doesn't matter if I don't, as they're only $10 there in the first place, and I'll be asking for them for my birthday rather than buying myself. Anyhow, thanks.
