Anyone have Meryls number?

I rented MGS Twin Snakes eariler and I just got to the part where your told that Meryls codec is on the package (it refers to the game box) so does anyone have the game box handy by any chance or know what her codec is ?

 

Rentals come in rental boxes so I'm kinda stuck.
