jedi holocron with master vandar

I think i read in another thread that its possible to find a jedi holocron where you see vandar talking about the exile, having been through the game twice now, i cannot seem to find this item, any help would be greatly appreciated :D

Talk to the droid on Dantooine, by the Ebon Hawk. You can repair it, and it will call you a Jedi. Ask it why, and the conversation will lead to it playing the holo recording.

That is also a way to get unlimited LS points. Cos you keep asking about the sith occupation, that leads to the repairing of the droid, that fellow comes running over and you defend the jedi and get LS points. Just rinse and repeat.
