Statement: i own both xbox and PC versions of this game and xbox version seems a lot less buggy.

Who can speculate as to what the problem is. Remember, Lucas Arts and Obsidian Entertainment really do care about their customers. It just takes some politicing, and time to release the pacth... Accidents Happen!
