Hmm. I've searched the forums to see if anyone mentioned this already, but no one has, so I guess I'll mention it:

 

The dialog fast forwarding (sound not playing, dialog just fast forwards until the next user dialog choice), at least for me, seems to almost always occur after I access a computer panel of some sort. The only times when the dialog seems to go back to normal is when I do a reload, or under some weird situation where the game has to load back up (ie. The gun tower mini-game).

 

However, the only time it didn't fix itself with a reload is near the end-game on the bridge cut-scene.

 

So, maybe the problem is some kind of sound/voice glitch related to the computer panels?

I only have this problem when T3 does the talking, thank god...
