Every time I try to play the files in the StreamVoice file it comes out as static, not dialoge. What gives?

Change the extension to .mp3 or download the Miles tools to play the sounds from http://www.radgametools.com and you'll be able to play them. You can also download the Bink player for the KOTOR 2 movies.

  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
