I cant find the jekk jekk tar

Can someone help me out. I got to a point where one of the jedi I am trying to find went after the girl who knocked me out. He said follow me if you want answers but I cant find the Jekk Jekk Tar bar anywhere!

I have the same problem. The doors to Jekk Jekk Tar do not activate. HELP!!

go left from vogga's place, in the door between the 2 guard, just next to the third pylon 'sigh" guess your lucky to have internet

A more specific answer;

 

Go to the dock area. Once you enter the dock area, follow the dock over to Vogga's place, the Jekk Jekk Tar is the next door up, between Vogga's place and the pylon.
