I would like to know how to promote other jedi in my party to prestige class? thanks for hint.

There is no way to make other party members have a prestige class. Only the Exile gets one

Which is sort of odd, considering that Kreia shows you how to get it.

 

Although I guess it's difficult to give her a Prestige class, because then she'd have to stop being Neutral.
