Make sure that before you leave for the Telos Restoration Zone that you talk with the Lieutenant. If you don't, you won't be able any of the sidequests such as Bounty Hunting, New Fuel Source, and Batu Rem.

 

Update :

 

I'm looking at the Booleans and Numerical values that trigger the different cutscenes or conversation options. So far, I haven't had any luck fixing this bug. Any Ideas?

Any ideas on how to fix this bug aside from starting from the beginning of Telos?

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
