Weapon feature : "unstoppable"

what does it mean, when a blaster is 'unstoppable' ?

It means that nothing can stop the damage. That it will work against all shields.

 

Not sure how it would play out against damage reduction though. The items that have "unstoppable" all seem to do fairly low numbers. So it may not be totally unstoppable damage...
