HK 47 rifle and armor locations

Im trying to get the assassin rifle and the HK specific armor so I can have HK at his best. I know item positions are random but can anyone remember where they got these item from in the past?

I think that I remember that you were supposed to get those parts at the HK Factory. But since it was cut from the game, you can't obtain it....without cheating that is...

Just watch Holowan Labs on lucasforums.com, I'm sure they'll have Holowan Emporium TSL up and going soon enough.
