Seriously, I don't recall ever seeing anything getting "knockbacked" on Peragus while I was using it... <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Come to think of it, I don't recall seeing it either. However, the critical damage mutliplier is in so a critical hit during a power attack is pretty devastating.
February 19, 200520 yr Power attack (and its higher forms) sucks anyways, Master Flurry and Master Critical Strike are alot better. Master Flurry hits good, too. Good for killing an enemy in 1 attack.
February 19, 200520 yr It doesn't increase the critical range. It increases the damage done by a critical hit. So if a weapon say does *2 damage on a critical hit, *3 damage will be applied. With the high levels you get, even a consular can afford to develop more than one attack tree.
