hello I need help playing the game if anyone still has the patience to listen to people about this.

Here is where I am at.

I have installed the game succesfully but it does not run. When i read the CD and click on game, the program closes.

Here is the most important part of all this : the technical stuff .

When I do the san Hardware option : here is what it says :

-----> notice the 2 failures in the [Video] part.

What the scan hardware option suggest's me to do is this :

I need Non-Windows Genric openGL 1.4.0 drivers

for the GL status failure.

And for the Vid Card status failure , they say that the graphics required are 34mb openGL 1.4 compatible PCI or AGP 3D hardware accelerator with hardware transform and lighting (T&L) capability required.

I think that this AGP 3D hardware accelerato thing might help me , but there is still this mysterious openGL 1.4.0 compatibility that is difficult to solve.

I hope that some other people have solved this problem or know anything about this.

I was hoping for a challenging game when I bought this one and I must say that it surpassed all my expectations ! ( sorry about the negative attitude but ! )

Thank you all in advance !

In the end with the Oxygen cards you are left with no luck. They are not upto snuff to play anything new. That's the hard reality of this problem. I doubt that they've made drivers, you could check the OGL consortium website http://www.opengl.org/ , but don't hold your breath. The next option is to buy another video card. Up here in Canada you can get away with a regular ATI 9600 for around $120, which will last you atleast a little while anyway.
