Can't get off the Harbinger!!

I've reinstalled the game and updated every driver possible and still I can't seem to get back on pegasus II from the harbinger. Every time I walk into the entrance to the next zone it freezes about 80 % in the loading screen and the game errors out.

 

Not to mention about 500 million bugs/crashes I had to work through just to get to that point. I mean, I have to "Maximize" the game screen everytime I start up because it's in Windowed mode for some strange reason.

 

I've got a top of the line rig, and for what its worth this game looks great and runs smooth when it DOES indeed work.

 

PLEASE PATCH THIS DAMN GAME OBSIDIAN!!! I'VE BEEN WAITING 2 YEARS!!!!!!!
