A question about a certain Implant

Hello all.

I have a question about a Implant, the "Mental D-Package". It's listed at gamebanshee, but the image seems to be not in the databank, because the image isn't displayed and even if I extract it's path and put it in the IE, I can't see it.

 

And here's my question: What stats has this "Mental D-Package"?

Since I know, that it's a D-Package, I know, that your CON has to be 18. But what bonus will I get?

i believe it is something really lame like +2 Wisdom and +1 Intelligence, i found it on all of my times through but there is a much better one, forgot what it was called (i believe mental boost package) it only required 16 constitution and had stats of +3 Wis, +2 Int and +2 Char

But I don't know why you'd want it, though. There's a Universal D-Package or something that boosts all attributes by 2.

Sometimes it can be useful to change an boosting Equipment to another, to get the last bonus for a certain quest. In this case you could take it for a conversation or the force.
