Screw the speeder, lol even after I got all the parts, sorry can't remember where I got the power cells, it wouldn't work, my skills were to low :"> . Have you taken care of everything in the refugee sector? That'll help. You should get an "invitation" from a person named Visquis after the other ships crew tries to still the Hawk. If you've already been through that then try talking to the merchant in the landing pad who wants you to get rid of the rodian female, Geeda I believe.

Yeah , talk to everybody, do lots of side quests and such. I got my invite really fast , but who knows, i used both infinite xp glitches on that planet so maybe it just screwed up.
