If you complete various side quests on Nar shadaa, you will get an invitation from one of the exchange bosses to meet him. You will go to meet him, and through a series of events end up on Goto's ship, you will have a chance to talk to him there. Then after you escape his ship and return to the Ebon Hawk, he sends his droid G0-T0 who joins your party.

Ah i see I got it now.Thanks to your help I got past the planet now and now I'm on Korriban as my second last planet to find the jedi masters.
