Ok so I busted out that doctor then he set up a meeting with me and Kavar but during the meeting I get attacked by Varkl(sp?) and then kavar runs away. So I sided with Varkyl and then I keep getting attacked. I have beat everyone it seems on the level and when I went to the loading point just before the spaceport they check my passport thingy and they say that it is clear to leave. Mandalore tells me that it is best to leave. Am I supposed to leave even though I'm waiting for Varkyl to contact me again? Do I go back to Dxun? Thanks

Don't give everything away, but I guess you go back to Dxun and find that Atton has fixed the Ebon Hawk then you continue on the Onderon. Once you reach that destination you get picked up by that Varkyl guy and then you go back to Iziz and then attack them. Is that kind of right?

How do you break the doctor out?

You just do as Mandalore says, leave Onderon and go to Dxun, and when you enter the Ebon Hawk you will receive a message from the Mandalorians, go back to their camp and you get sent on a mission to Freedon Nadd's tomb.
