Broken "MESSAGES" GUI - No "Effects" listed! WTF?!

Hello everyone,

 

I registered today and this is my first post, so please go easy.

 

I am writing to see if others are experiencing a "little" bug (?) I am seeing. When you enter the "In-Game" menus system and choose "Journal", you can further detail the menu by pressing the "X" button. You can then press the "Y" button and toggle between "DIALOG", "FEEDBACK", "COMBAT", and "EFFECTS".

 

My issue is that I NEVER see ANYTHING listed under "EFFECTS". Is this "normal"??

 

Are other people seeing things listed under the "effects" listing??

 

ANy feed back is appreciated.
