Actually, I believe that the guide book says that you need to be 75% good/evil, and other differing percentages for different people/situations. The way to tell is your bar on the character sheet. (Where it shows a blue or red background behind your character.)

DarthDoGooder or anyone who reads this,

I been trying to gain influence with 2 characters that I can't seem to do anything with.

Mainly Kreia

If I ask her anything except about our bond or force forms it says I get the Influence failure prompt. In any situation that I agree with her I get a Dark side point. I don't want those b/c light master grants me +3 str bonus.

Bao Dur (?spelling?) and I talk, but I don't get an influence gain from him even thought we agree.

Any ideas?

Yeah, Try this: Boiler 98's Influence Guide Thread

You might find what you want, and then again, you might not. I can tell you, having read the section of the Strat Guide on Influence, that some of the options that you want to select to gain influence will require certain skills or attributes to be high. Good luck! :)
