Big Black Screen

Hi All,

I have been reading all the bug issues floating around and want to share mine. Its more of the same.

 

I get through the hangar and onto the Ebon Hawk for the first time. I use the turret gun then kill the three sith soldiers. Then it cuts to the load screen, loads half way, loads again and this time the bar goes all the way to end and then I get the BBS ( big black screen). I can here sounds and can make sounds but get no picture. I can pause it and the pause message comes up but thats it. I have tried going back to previous saves points, restarting ETC. Nothing works. Same glitch every time

 

How will this be fixed? From what I have read, getting a new game doesnt really work. My XB is 1 1/2 years old with no previous problems and I have never tried to modify it.

 

Direct question for Obsidian: I chucked my receipt for this game because I never imagined a console game could be DOA. My cd is not scratched. How will all the people with this problem be helped? This is not isolated. I look forward to your response. Thanks

Without a receipt the only way you can get another copy (without a kind person behind the counter at the local game store that is) is to send you game back to LA and have them send you a new copy of the game. Now before you do that (since it could take weeks to get a new copy that way) I would suggest eraseing the enitre TSL save file from your Xbox HD via the dashboard and try to start from scratch so to speak. saying that doesn't work try begging at the locall game store then talking to LA.
