Major game killing bug!!!!!!!

Ok, if I can't get this fixed this game is getting returned. So, I haven't been able to talk with T3 since Peragus. I was always wondering why he always had his head pointing down. The resuce T3 mission is still active too, and im 20 hours in.

No biggie, since I never use the guy. Now im on nar shadda, and i have no choice but to use him to infiltrate the hutts warehouse. The mission never loads, blank screen.

I loaded an earlier save, bout 18 hours in. I tried to use T3 as a character, leveled him up, and there is a red x over his character portrait. I cant move him at all when I have control of him. Cant see anyway to repair him either.

This is total BS. If anyone can help Id appreciate it, else this is getting returned first thing monday morning and im waiting until a reliable, stable version comes out in feburary.

Oh, and now he's glowing, kind of like he was on telos when atris had him.

I do not have a 'special' xbox, its brand new, just got it last month.

Why should that matter? If he bought the game it is more than likely he is an American using the American version of the X-Box. Sounds like another game stopping bug that the game has thanks to Obsidian and Lucas Arts.
