I'm currently doing the TSL bounty : Escpaped Criminals and upon entering the Czerka office there was a cutscene showing the Czerka chick rewarding the two punks....only trouble is now I can't find them - I've tried the docks but no luck so far.

 

Any ideas?

They are in the restoration area on Telos. You'll find them after you crash land.

Is there a specific encounter with the two of them, or are they just part of the mob of mercenaries you slaughter at the Czerka outpost?

 

I either missed the encounter, or killed them without realizing it.
