Well. It should be very easy. If they can change weather then surley..

thats what I thought, but then again im no programmer

 

As far as the technical issues go I don't think it would be that hard to change from day to night (esp. not if there are already methods in place to dynamically change an area eg. the weather). However I think it would be a huge commitment in terms of art and graphics resources to implement day/night changes considering the fact that if you want to do it right, not only would you need a day and night sky you'd also need the whole spectrum in between (from dusk till dawn) and you'd need to do this for each outdoors and above-ground area. But yeah. IMO I'd be great if they did implement day/night cycles.

hmm i see, i always knew there must have been issues or it would have been implimented into the first game, but we just dont know it may already be in just not confirmed :)
