After upgrading the Omni-Tool at a glitter bar, the usage speed is inconsistent. It seems most of the time that the usage will run at the original speed, but if you release and press the hotkey again after the first hit connects, it will run at the upgraded speed. It seems to stay at this faster speed until the tool or a weapon is swapped, at which point you will have to do the same double-press of the hotkey to get things running quickly again. Anyone else experiencing this?

I have experienced this and use it to break pinecones since they take so many hits.

Agreed DrDex, it made them so much more tolerable.

I guess this post can be ignored now since it seems they fixed it in the update they just released. Sweet!
