Adding value to small caves through Wiring

Right now there are quite a few very tiny caves which has a single item inside. This makes exploration less meaningful.

Instead I suggest the caves instead not only add more loot ( like food, water, etc ) But also contain broken wires.

These Broken wires when repaired with a Tier 2 Wrench activate lights around the park so it becomes more visible at night.

So now the caves are not only meaningful but functional.
