New paths should be available after you first enter Greenhouse \ Pumpkin Patch side.

Right now all the paths in that area are tied to Tier 3 bombs, which requires finish an entire section of the map to even do.

Instead I suggest on the pumpkin Patch side wall you unlock a special "Zip Tube" that goes down and up the wall. The top of the tube is blocked with a tier 3 item and you need a tier 3 hammer to break it. Once you break it you can just take the elevator up and down the side wall by pond \ maze area.

This would connect the Pumpkin Patch high wall to the Ground Open area near the pond by the maze.

This would make the entire area a lot less frustrating to get back into
