[Bug] The name of my renamed ship isn't reflected in scripted dialogues

After renaming my ship, the first scripted dialogue (the very first unavoidable encounter after you leave the Maje Island) still uses the default ship name.

I had tried creating a hard manual save, and then completely quitting to the main menu, and then quitting the game. But after I relaunched the game, the issue persists.
