The magic item Ifen's Cradle isn't working.

In Northweald, I tested using the magic item on an Adragan who had the Woodskin buff.

After using the magic item, nothing happened, not even a visual effect. And the uses of the magic item reduced by 1, and the Adragan's Woodskin buff was not suppressed.
