Head lamp that stacks on armor

Featured Replies

Devs please introduce a headlamp or some light source that stacks on top of your armor and doesn't require you to hold it in your hand.

Umm, there is one ... Maybe you still havent researched the materials to craft it, but there is a mining style headgear that lights in front of you. It is not a lot, but at night its a must in your inventory. I use it together with a special torch with a lot of durability to both light around me and in front of me.

The night is dark and full of horrors.

Umm... No there's not! There is a headlamp that replaces your head armor piece. I asked for one that stacks on your armor and doesn't replace it, where you still have your gear set bonus for wearing entire armor sets. Plus the headlamp is so dim, if I still need to hold a torch, what's the point??

Oh, you dont like that one.

I am the wrong person then. I like the mechanics of the light in G2. You always need to sacrifice something for the bare minimum of light. The night is dark and much harder to play. You are forced to avoid it or go to sleep.

I like it all. I do think the day is too short. I know I can change that in the settings, but like to play the proper way.
