So regularly when I am hosting there seems to be a serious desync issue with water

My Friend sees water on his screen ( client ) that is not seen on mine ( host

So anytime he tries to get the water nothing happens and it stays stuck in the air

In some cases I do see the water and I am able to interact with it but he is not.

This only happens when we are not near each other and around 300m apart
