When i got to the mission, i had already analysed a strand, now i can not reanalyse to complete the mission/the mission didn’t auto complete, do i have to analyse this elsewhere?

just a bit stuck here. any help is appreciated.

I’m also locked out of quest line due to me already scanning the eelgrass prior to quest completion.
