Repeatable stop during fight while enemy is casting

Fighting the dragon in the pit by first shooting a rolling flame.

This is the 2nd time the game behaves this way after reload and retry.

The game interface is still responding but the fight doesn't continue.

Running on Linux.

I could upload the save.

I tried this a few times more. Always the same result. When this "Circle of Protection" casting enemy occurs on top of the list the fight stalls.

I found a way around the situation:

I assigned a key to enter Console

Entered cheat mode: IRoll20s

Entered command to clear fog of war: NoFog

Got the list of all Xaurip_High_Priest: FindObject Xaurip_High_Priest

... tried a few times to find the right one to kill

Entered Kill CRE_Xaurip_High_Proest_Inst_Alt(Clone)

and started playing again... :-)
