Issue: Backpack gets wrong assignment if someone else picks it up ( game breaking )

Version: Patch 0.4.2.2

Even if it says "Not your backpack" if someone picks it up it causes the backpack to be assigned on occasion to the wrong person. So if you ever do game repair recover backpack when your backpack gets stuck in an impossible place like below the ground - it will not summon all the backpacks missing and anyone can pick it up.

This is really problem if the person is carrying mission critical items or discs those items are essentially lost forever.

Also if a backpack gets dropped on the ground and a food item can spawn in the same area such as a cookie, this pushes the backpack underground when the food item respawns.
