Unique helmets lose their enchantments after Hex(Form of the Helpless Beast)

When Hex(Form of the Helpless Beast) is applied to the player character, the enchantments on the equipped helmet disappear after the debuff ends.

First time, this happened with Rekvu’s Fractured Casque. After a short investigation, I was also able to reproduce the bug during the Sigilmaster Auranic mega-boss fight, with a different helmet.

The first screenshot shows my original helmet. The second shows the same helmet added through a console command after its enchantments had disappeared. Screenshot.

Steps to Reproduce the Issue:

1) You need to equped the unique helmet, with some enchant. Blackblade's Hood for expample, I have made test on it!

2) You need to find the enemy who can applies the HEX(Form of the Helpless Beast) on you. Mega Boss - Sigilmaster Auranic, good stop for test!

3) After the HEX(Form of the Helpless Beast) applies on your charecter you lost your helmet enchant, when duraction of the spell Form of the Helpless Beast ends, the enchant do not back.

Important Files:

Savegames - DropBox runafteruntildeath save games, you can check saves to 33. All ok, with helmet, and after 37 the enchant desepired! In save number 36 it was, heppened during the fight with the skeletal mage! All saves after 37 the Rekvu’s Fractured Casque without enchant on it.

I looked into a similar issue, where Form of the Helpless Beast when applied to a character with any items which lower hostile effect duration (such as Strand of Favor) removed all other items when the effect ends. In that thread Chaospread mentioned that they had seen headgear lose enchantments after Form of the Helpless Beast, but I was not able to reproduce that (mainly due to headgear disappearing along with everything else equipped on the character). But it's quite possible with how I was testing the bug there was something wrong with my methods of testing.

Will take a look at reproducing this as you described when I get some time.

Edit: Ok having multiple tests I can confirm you are correct about Form of the Helpless Beast removing unique headgear enchantments and it is linked with the same bug I was looking into above.
So this only occurs when wearing items that reduce "Hostile effects duration" (In the video you've linked the character is wearing Strand of Favor).
