Hi, I had never killed her but this time I did, and after going downstairs and upstairs again, she was there in her office as a ghost, had anyone encountered this?

I found the surprise amusing after some many hours & runs played. Guess my lesson learnt is I need to explore other (deadly) outcomes... ).
