GAME VERSION: Latest patch 1.0.6.0 - 2313922

BUG DESCRIPTION:

I completed all objectives for "Mysteries of the Mental Modulators"

BEFORE officially receiving the quest from Pendergrass/Ormsby at

ACS Undisputed Claim. Now the quest won't turn in despite having:

- All 3 required materials

- All 3 supplemental materials

- Gould encounter completed

Quest waypoint loops back to Placid Waters. Cannot progress to

"An Equitable Arrangement" alliance ending.

STEPS TAKEN:

- Visited Placid Waters Wellnitarium before starting quest

- Collected all items early

- Received quest from VPs later

- Cannot turn in despite quest completion

REQUEST: Is there a save fix or workaround you can provide?

I'm Level 30 with 30+ hours invested and want the alliance ending.
