I am having an issue where I have started the Crash Course in Telemetry mission and Persephone Doyle is no where to be seen for me to pursue the optional objective. She is not behind the bar and she is nowhere to be found in or around Caffeintegration Point. I have not spoken to her before, I've seen that she is related to another mission but I have not done that mission. I have seen online elsewhere that I am not the only one with this issue. Any help would be great! Either that or maybe it can be fixed in a patch.
