Half Truths in Advertising bug

When I got to the Auntie's Border Camp on Preator to meet the reporter and Commander they aren't there. When I visited the camp before stating the quest the Commander was there.

Yeah, the exact same thing happened to me.

Exact same for me and multiple others on reddit it would seem. No reporter. Tried fast travelling away, leaving the planet, reloading older saves, running away and coming back to reload the area. Nothing works.
