Neither of these trophies appear to be working for me on the latest update of the PS5 version.

Go Out With a Bang doesn't appear to be willing to pop no matter how many multi-kills I get with the weapon.

All for None has 1 instance on the PS5 trophy tracker but I have no idea what triggered that. I've tried on multiple character files various methods of driving companions away, ranging from violating their core beliefs; trading them to executioners for safe passage; blowing up their loved ones; shooting them; and asking very nicely. None of these have worked and I'm starting to feel very bad about my managerial conduct during testing.

At first I thought this just needed to be done a specific way, but after more research and seeing what others have been saying about it, I agree it probably is just bugged. I told everyone to leave permanently(wound up killing Aza because she attacked me afterwards) and I didn't get it. I thought maybe you need to piss them off enough to get them to leave you rather than the other way around, but your testimonial as well as others appears to prove that also doesn't work. Well, here's hoping there's a solution soon.

Go out with a bang also not working on Xbox, even started a new save after the patch only to try the achievement and still not working.

Just wanted to add that I have experienced these problems as well.
