Hello

I have encountered a bug during the mission  space & time - Acquire the Rift anomaly modulator . After i get the modulator and open the first rift and climb up the security chief Vaillancourt is just quiet. Even when pressing x by speaker he says nothing so im completely stuck. Elevators closed cant leave the area. Please fix this unable to progress at all and been stuck for days. Ive uploaded a video of it from phone to imgur as the size was to big to upload here

Can yes but same problem even after he dies. The elevator is stuck

I am having this exact same issue. I did have what might be a bit of a sequence break which may have been the cause. I was able to jump to the second story before picking up the Rift anomaly modulator and took out all of the guards and stopped the lockdown security measures. Then after picking up the modulator I am softlocked in those three rooms, killing Vaillancourt does nothing. Unfortunately I do not have a save before taking out the guards.

Same issue here, explored the rooms before picking up the modulator and disabled the security terminal (left room). Also hopped up to the balcony. I don't know which of these actions broke the game, but exactly the same problem as the others described here, and posted by user Chny in another thread. I do have a save before picking up the modulator, so I can still leave the room and do other stuff - but still eventually a softlock here unless it gets fixed. And my previous backup save before that is like 10h ago ...

Same thing on xbox ig we have to wait for the devs to fix cause my last save was 10 hrs ago so now im stuck in the building staring at the guard :(

Gave it another shot after yesterday's 1.0.5.0 patch, but still no dice. Intercom still remains unresponsive, elevator still can't be activated. Tried with saves before and after picking up the rift modulator.

So what are those of us blocked from progressing in the game because of this bug supposed to do? My closest save game is from over 6 levels before. I cannot get out of the room where you pick up the rift device after eliminating the enemies and jumping up the platforms to the second floor. I get the prompt "elevator currently in service". Since the patches are not helping with our savegames, are we just supposed to give up and uninstall, after buying the game?
