I chose the attack option for Seer Landon Wiley. I managed to pickpocket him to seal the card and then access the terminal while he's on it without killing him. Read and listened to the option on the terminal and then tried to kill him. This appears to have caused a bug where the quest does not complete and he can not be killed. I ended up just leaving assuming that the quest was complete. After an additional 20+ hours I didn't realize it wasn't complete. Any recommendations?
