In the UI settings under “Level-Up Notifications,” there's an option to enable or disable notifications for unused points. However, even when turned off, notifications appear every time I move around the map. It's not working.
In many games, you spend points immediately after leveling up. But in this game, every action requires checking your stats, so even after leveling up, you have no choice but to keep holding onto a large number of points to avoid spending them on these checks.
Please test whether the option even works properly.

It's annoying me too. I want to hold onto some points and amass them before spending.

But unless I completely turn off level-up notifications (which is not desirable), I get the "skill and perk point available" notification on every game load or fast travel and I always have to open and close the game menu or else it never vanishes.

Turning off the "level up reminders" option in the UI settings does nothing.

Please fix.
