"Magran's Blessing" Status Effect/Buff during the quest 'He Waits in Fire'

Has anybody gotten this blessing/buff from Magran during main quest He Waits in Fire? According to the wiki, it is supposed to give +2 Burn Armor Rating, and Strong inspiration upon being critically hit. You are supposed to get it by allying with the Rathun? I was not able to get it after finishing said quest, so I was wondering if said Buff is still in the game.

Yes, here I am, got the buff in my current run then I have slept and the bonus has went away but I got +2 Burn AR and strong after a critical hit until I had rested.
